Linda Lattimore is a seasoned lawyer, corporate executive and business strategist. Her skills and experience, both domestically and internationally, as both a General Counsel and litigator enable her to articulate and represent the needs of her clients – across industries, segments and geographies. Linda has worked as the Assistant General Counsel for Hess Corporation, General Counsel for INOVA Geophysical, Division Counsel for Dresser Inc., General Counsel for Telmex USA, General Counsel for Mosbacher Energy and the Chief of the Fraud Section of the US Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Texas where she first chaired many noteworthy trials.

As a trained litigator, Linda has first chaired over fifty trials, including cases reported in the Wall Street Journal and The Great White Lie, by Walt Bogdanovich, receiving The Young Federal Lawyer of the year award. This hands-on experience gives her the tools to quickly assess claims and their potential financial risks. During her tenure at First City Bancorporation, Linda managed 150 outside law firms with 1,500 cases on her docket, including a large international matter that represented over 25% of the bank’s portfolio. Due to staggering jury verdicts and a highly litigious society, Linda became trained as a mediator.  Her business philosophy includes the prevention of costly litigation - with all parties in dispute leaving the table as winners.

Linda has served on the board of or as an officer of companies and enjoys working with start-ups that need assistance in implementing their business strategies. She brings a broad base of experience that includes helping companies assess their legal needs and establish their legal departments, providing human resources and administrative functions, preparing and managing contracts and driving initiatives such as the creation of global automated contract management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading FCPA training, conducting international business negotiations and a strong hand in the prevention and management of litigation matters.


An American who lived for eight years in Peru and Mexico, Linda is fluent in Spanish, conversant in French and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, China and South America. Most importantly, she understands and can represent the issues that are unique, and distinct, to these cultures and to the markets her clients serve.   Because of her ability to “bridge the gap”, Linda has been able to bring quick resolution to communication breakdowns and to assist in closing business transactions quickly and efficiently.
